February 2021

Kudos to the Whole Team at End Systems!

Today we’re recognising the tremendous effort of the whole team here at End Systems for their continued commitment, hard work and dedication, especially given the fact that we’re still in the midst of a global pandemic!

The team continue to go above and beyond, and exceed expectations in the face of what’s been a tough year to say the least.

Throughout all of the change that the pandemic has thrown at us, we have to also recognise the support that we’ve received from BESA Group and the informative yet entertaining delivery of the webinars by David Frise!

So thanks to the End Systems team for your amazing efforts, we really appreciate everything you do!

Random Act of Kindness Day!

17th February marked Random Act of Kindness Day, so send your friend a text asking them if they are okay, smile when you see people in the street, say hello. You never know, it could make all the difference.

Take some time today to ask someone close to you how they are, let them offload the negativity and express their feelings all whilst being kind to yourself and by grabbing a hot cuppa whilst doing it!

Issues with Mental Health have risen since the start of the pandemic, so it does take its toll, people don’t see what happens behind closed doors. It can only take a small act of kindness to change people’s mindsets.

Remember; its ok to not be ok, talk to someone, be kind to your mind.

Daisy-May Drury – Raising Money For Teenage Cancer Trust

Daisy, one of our Technical Authors within our Documentation Team here at End Systems , is raising money for Teenage Cancer Trust by doing 2800 squats throughout February!

Working out at 100 squats a day, as well as her usual exercise, Daisy is certainly putting in the effort to raise money for a great cause!

A massive cheer comes from all of the team at End Systems to you Daisy, well done!

Time to Talk Day is a day to get the nation talking about mental health. Through the last year, and throughout this year its more important than ever to have open conversations about mental health, and look to end the mental health stigma.

So today, take the time to ask if someone’s ok, call a loved one, or simply take some time for yourself to reflect on how you’re feeling.
