EndDocs extends its use across europe

Presented with the prospect of producing O&M Manuals for a prestigious Data House in Sweden, End Systems had the perfect solution to the logistic of sharing information.

With the construction teams based in Stockholm, Technical Authors based in Lancashire and consultants and client representatives spread far and wide, End Systems created an on-line network of users across our dedicated, web based O&M website, EndDocs.

Utilising EndDocs, End Systems collated and compiled all of the third party information, including Technical Specifications, O&M Manuals, As Fitted Drawings and Test & Commissioning Data.

The information gathered was uploaded onto the on-line platform, where a technical appraisal loop was created, enable all users to comment on the documentation directly in EndDocs.
No matter where stakeholders were located, they could always gain access to the web based documents.
