Team Talk – Daniel Rosser

We’ve just caught up with Daniel Rosser from our Commissioning Team after he recently completed his first month with us!

Daniel is already settling in well, and has been out in the field on numerous sites, learning a multitude of all things commissioning.

Here’s a snippet from the full article – “I think I just wanted to join a company that allows me to follow a set career path and meets my ambitions.”

You can catch the full article over on our LinkedIn page.

Rebecca Pennington – Race For Life – Completed!

We’d like to congratulate our very own Rebecca Pennington on her completion of the Race For Life at Haydock Racecourse over the weekend.

Rebecca ran the race with a group of friends to raise vital funds for Cancer Research UK (CRUK). They’re already smashing their original fundraising goal, so we’d like to take the opportunity to give them a helping hand to go even further!

If you’d like to sponsor, you can do so here – https://fundraise.cancerresearchuk.org/team/lowton-runners/members – just add your donation to any of the team member’s pages as it all goes in the same pot!

Well done Rebecca, we couldn’t be prouder.

End Systems – Safe Contractor Approved

We’re pleased to announce that we’ve recently maintained our Safe Contractor Approved status!

Safety is our top priority, as is keeping all of our safety documentation in tip top shape, so to maintain our SSIP status really cements our stance.

End Systems – New Team Members!

We’re signing off this week by welcoming two new team members to the End Systems family!

After a busy week of inductions, training and getting to know their fellow colleagues, Pippa Barlow and David Culshaw have officially completed their first week.

Pippa joins our Documentation Team, whilst David returns to re-join our Commissioning Team 8 years away from the business.

So welcome Pippa and welcome back David! We wish you every success with your career here at End Systems.

Macmillan Cancer Support Coffee Morning 2021

This morning we’ve been getting our bake on, having a coffee and a good old chin wag at End Systems HQ, and all in support of a fantastic cause!

A massive thanks goes to every member of our team that baked some fantastic cakes for us today, and a big congratulations goes to Ian Lysons who won our ‘EndBake’ competition with his Mojito Cake!

Finally we’d like to thank Lauren White and Daisy-May Drury for organising the day for us, you both did a fantastic job!

End Systems – New Recruits!

As the working week comes to a close, we’d like to introduce you to our two new team members who started on Monday!

Craig Chadwick joins the End Systems family as a member of our Documentation Team, with Daniel Rosser joining us as a member of our Commissioning Team!

Both have been hard at work this week, and have already settled into the team well!

We’d like to wish both every success with their career with us, and we really can’t wait to see what they both achieve!

End Systems – Investing In People

We’ve always been a people company, and always will be. Our team is our lifeblood and they make us what we are.

That’s why since 1999 we’ve always gained the Investors In People accreditation because ‘We Invest In People’, and this year’s no different as we’ve achieved it again!

We’d like to thank Investors in People for their continued support and look forward to meeting them again but more importantly, thanks to our people for being a great team!

Qualification Announcement!

Today we’re congratulating our very own Craig White and Matt Corlett on their recent qualification achievement!

Craig has recently achieved a merit in his Commissioning Specialist Association DLC C, with Matt Corlett gaining his CMI Level 5 in Leadership and Management!

Well done to both, we’re proud of what you’ve achieved!

End Systems – Glowing Feedback!

Two of our Commissioning Managers, Haz El-Ahwany and Stuart Kelly recently received glowing feedback from one of valued clients John Sisk & Son Ltd!

Here’s what our client had to say:

“I thought it worth a note to you both and to thank End Systems for the support they have provided on our project. The support and actions that have been taken in getting through the commissioning management has been first class, allowing me to concentrate on the installations, client liaison and other key management activities, whilst keeping an eye on proceedings and supporting End Systems in their role.

For Sisk as a business we know the importance of commissioning management and the processes that are required, knowing this is a key package and needs a dedicated project management on a project of this size and complexity.

Personally I look forward to working with End Systems on future projects.”

Well done to Haz El-Ahwany and Stuart Kelly, and the whole team on this project! Great work!

End Systems – Education Saves Lives

We recently undertook a rebrand of our safety mission statement – Education Saves Lives.

Safety is of paramount importance here at End Systems, with our mantra being Start Safe… Work Safe… Finish Safe… and of course that when it comes to health and safety, Education really does Save Lives.

We’ll be rolling out the logo on all of our PPE in the coming months, plus across all of our health and safety documentation!

Thanks goes to Gary Forsyth and the team over at Cultivate Creative for their design and rebrand!

End Systems x Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity

We’re proud to announce that we’re now an official supporter of Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity!

The Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity is the only charity that provides emotional, physical and financial wellbeing support to construction workers and their families.

They have been delivering charitable support to the Construction Community since 1956. Founded by a group of gentlemen who had been attending a Ministry of Public Buildings and Works Exhibition on Tyneside, when they found themselves on the seafront at Whitley Bay.

Under the light of St Mary’s Lighthouse, they vowed to extend the goodwill they enjoyed at the show by starting something to unite and benefit the entire industry.

From that day forward, the Lighthouse Club was formed to offer aid and assistance to ill or injured construction workers.

Mental health is a top priority here at End Systems, so we’re proud as punch to be supporting this great charity!

Barry Briers Conquers Ben Nevis! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Our very own Barry Briers and his partner Claire recently completed the mammoth climb up Ben Nevis, the highest mountain in the UK!

The summit of Ben Nevis stands at 1,345 metres above sea level, in the Highland region of Lochaber, close to the town of Fort William.

Barry and Claire are keen walkers, and have climbed some of the UKs highest peaks, however, the walk/climb up Ben Nevis is their highest yet!

The walk was all in aid of a local care home, Stocks Hall in St Helens, with all money raised going directly to their Jade Unit.

Well done Barry and Claire, an awesome achievement!
