Another End Systems Innovation!

You’ll have gathered from our previous posts that we’re all about innovation here at End Systems. This enables us to provide our clients with the latest and best products to suit their needs.

Along with our numerous other documentation services, we offer Tenant Information Packs. Basically a user guide for new tenants taking over their brand new apartments!

To advance this process, we can now provide each tenant with a QR code, rather than a hard copy document.

Meaning less storage space to think of, and less paper!

Instant access to everything you need to know about how your apartment works.

And… the ability to have that information in the palm of your hand!

If you’d like to find out more, get in touch with us via [email protected], or via telephone on 01942 673 229 then Option 3 to speak to our Documentation Team!

End Systems & BSRIA

As long standing members of BSRIA, we’re proud to announce our sponsorship of the new Handover Information and O&M Manuals (BG 79/2020) Guide.

The effective operation of a complex asset such as a building relies on the availability of accurate information about the asset itself, and an understanding of the business it serves. Much of the information about the asset is delivered at handover of the construction project to the client.

This guide covers the various documentation delivered and activities carried out at handover of a building, with particular focus on operating and maintenance (O&M) manuals.

If you or your colleagues require any further guidance or understanding of BG 79/2020, then please get in touch!

You can also view the documentation services that we can offer here https://www.endsystems.co.uk/services/technical-documentation/

Congratulations Kevin Smith!

Today we’re congratulating our very own Kevin Smith on his academic achievement!

Kevin has recently achieved a 2:1 in BSc Quantity Surveying (Hons) at the University of Central Lancashire (UCLAN).

Studying part-time alongside working, Kevin started his degree following his achievement of a HNC in Construction and The Built Environment.

Well done Kevin, we look forward to seeing you progress and thrive within the End Systems team!

We’ve Moved!

So we’ve been a bit quiet on here recently, and its purely because we’ve been so busy moving our team to our new offices!

We’re still not back at full office capacity due to social distancing measures, however those that are in are truly enamoured with our new home… from the new desking to our new communal refectory area, it’s really lifted the whole team!

We’re now extending an invite to clients and friends alike to come and see it for themselves… just let us know when you’re coming, and we’ll put the kettle on! At a 2m distance of course…

Our new address is shown in the footer on our website! Take a look!

Moving On Up

After months of keeping this one hush hush, we’re excited to announce that we’re moving to a new head office in Newton-Le-Willows!

Occupying the ground floor, our team will benefit from a fantastic working environment! We can’t wait for the big date in early July!

There’ll be more pictures to follow, but in the meantime, keep your eyes peeled!

End Systems – Going Above and Beyond

We’re extremely proud of our team at End Systems, we’re always striving to do better, and have the drive and determination to do just that!

In that vein, we thought we’d share some recent praise from one of our valued clients:

“I just wanted to write and express my appreciation to you all for your cooperation and professionalism in producing the manual for our scheme in such a short time frame.

I really do appreciate all that you have done in the last week and the respective part you have all played to expedite this manual but also continually over the last couple of years.”

What an accolade…..
