Senior Documentation Co-Ordinator

End Systems are currently recruiting for a Senior Documentation Co-Ordinator. Working in our busy documentation department you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering handover documentation to our valued clients in the construction industry.

The role will involve working on multiple and complex projects, client and third party liaison, attendance at and chairing site meetings, co-ordination of multiple third parties information in order to create bespoke project documentation to meet clients needs, accurate status reporting, the creation of bespoke documents such as Building User Guides, PPM’s and Logbooks and to be a senior member of our documentation team.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in document control or will have held a similar role in documentation, have construction industry experience, be methodical, calm and resolute under pressure, and have excellent communication, IT and Microsoft Office skills.
