Working within the Documentation Department, the Document Controller will report into our Documentation Manager.

The Documentation Department provides End User Operating & Maintenance information for newly constructed buildings.

The Document Controller role includes the collation, tracking & chasing of project documentation from a variety of Building Contractors and Suppliers, to form a composite and consistent suite of output documents for our clients.

This output documentation maybe in the form of printed and bound paper copies and electronic output via uploads to our online collaboration site.

The ideal candidate will be organised and methodical. Working with tracking sheets across multiple projects at once will be key to maintaining an organised and structured approach to achieving project deadlines and a team approach is applied to assist others in achieving these.

Excellent Microsoft Word and Excel skills are essential, all other bespoke software training would be provided.
