Document Controller

Our Documentation Department provides End User Operating & Maintenance information for newly constructed buildings. This department collates, updates and publishes information and documentation from a variety of Building Contractors and Suppliers, to form a composite and consistent suite of output documents for our clients.

Working within the Documentation Department, the Document Controller will report to our Project Documentation Managers. The role will consist of tracking, chasing and controlling of client and third party information to produce End User Building Manuals on a cloud based platform. Ultimately publishing the manuals either digitally or in hard copy form.

The ideal candidate will be organised and methodical, working with on multiple projects at once. Deadlines are a critical success factor and working as a team is key in achieving these. Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills are essential, any other bespoke software training would be provided.

This is a permanent full time position working 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
