Joining the team in 1984 as a Trainee Accountant, Kay was appointed Company Secretary in December 1994, promoted to Financial Director in November 2007 and became Managing Director in 2018.
ICMA qualified, Kay has been instrumental in introducing high level financial control & forecasting to the business. Working within a Management Team, with a strong industry background, supports the success of End Systems, in delivering a robust financial stability.
As an SME, Kay’s role also encompasses the HR function of the business. In 1998, she was a significant player in successfully introducing IIP to the business, & End Systems continues to achieve the standard. This further led to personally achieving a SME Business Management qualification, including Key Performance Management, Strategy & Business Planning, & Managing Change & Leadership.
Kay promotes the End Systems ethos of ‘People, are our biggest asset.’ This embellishes the company excellence in training & quality, essential business aspects.
