The Challenge - Bullingdon prison is a male Prison based near Bicester, Oxfordshire and can hold 1114 prisoners. The Prison was opened in 1992 and is a CAT B Prison for over 18 males. It consists of 4 blocks and is shaped in a T design. It has three spurs and 3 landings which all meet at the central office complex. Since it opened nearly 20 years ago, 2 more units have been added.
