We’re pleased to share that we’ve secured a new project with Speller Metcalfe at Shottery St Andrew’s Primary School.
Our team will be delivering Commissioning Management, alongside the Building Operating & Maintenance Manual and H&S File, supporting a high-quality and compliant project handover.
This £11.3m scheme will relocate and expand the school to a larger site, creating a modern, two-form entry facility for up to 420 pupils and a 36-place nursery, with additional specialist provision.
The new development will include dedicated teaching and support spaces, a hall and dining area, outdoor playing fields, and landscaped habitat areas, creating a future-ready learning environment for students and staff.
