We’re delighted to share that Meldrum Group has appointed us to deliver the Building O&M Manual and Health & Safety File for the development of Haithwaite Farm Tourist Centre.
The transformation of Haithwaite Farm, near Penton, is turning into a vibrant eco‑tourism, cultural, and heritage destination. This exciting project will blend sustainability, community, and rural regeneration while carefully preserving the farm’s traditional character.
The development will include a café, farm shop, tap house, exhibition and heritage centre, estate office, wellness centre, along with a mix of holiday and staff accommodation.
