Training is at the core of what we do. As part of our ongoing commitment to learning and development, and aligned with the CSA learning framework, we continue to deliver structured in-house training led by our Senior Leadership Team and experienced, qualified colleagues.
Recently, team members from across the business took part in an Introduction to Water Treatment session, delivered by our Project Commissioning Manager, Chris Thomason.
The session brought together site engineers alongside colleagues from estimating, commercial, and operations, encouraging collaboration, shared understanding, and a broader view of our services across the business.
A big thank you to Chris for delivering such an engaging and insightful session. The feedback was extremely positive, and we look forward to building on this with further in-depth training as we continue to invest in our people.
