At End Systems, we’ve always believed in leading from the front. Under Kay Corlett’s leadership as Managing Director, and now as Chairperson, that commitment to strong, balanced female leadership has helped shape who we are today.

Because this sector is about far more than buildings, it’s about people.
Who we build with. How we develop talent. Why representation at every level matters.

Construction is creativity. Communication. Collaboration. It’s the combined skillsets that bring complex projects to life.

This Women in Construction Week, we’re proud to celebrate the women leading projects, strengthening safety, shaping teams and influencing the future of our built environment.

Did you know?

Women now make up around 15% of the UK construction workforce – approximately 340,000 professionals across engineering, management, surveying, design and more

Female participation in construction apprenticeships has grown from under 10% to over 15% in the past decade – a positive shift for future talent.

Progress is happening – but there’s more to do.

Here’s to championing inclusion and supporting the women helping move our industry forward.
