Due to continued growth and securing of future pipeline projects, End Systems are recruiting a Water Treatment & Pre-Commissioning Manager who will lead and develop our water treatment and pre-commissioning function, managing sub-contractors to deliver high-quality services across multiple projects and sectors.
The role will be responsible for all aspects of system flushing, chemical cleaning, chlorination/sterilisation, and water quality assurance, ensuring full compliance with relevant legislation and industry guidance. Management experience is not essential, individuals with extensive Water Treatment experience who are looking to step in a leadership role are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership, operational control, and commercial support for all water treatment and pre-commissioning activities across the business.
- Lead and manage all pre-commissioning and water treatment activities across live and future projects
- Manage labour, plant, equipment, chemicals, and specialist sub-contractors
- Ensure full compliance with BSRIA guidance, HTM 04-01, ACOP L8, and all relevant legislation and standards.
- Develop and implement water treatment procedures, methodologies, and best practice standards
- Act as the internal technical authority for water treatment and pre-commissioning matters
- Provide expert technical support to project teams during design, installation, and commissioning phases
- Support estimating and commercial teams with tenders, pricing, methodologies, and programme planning
- Review and approve sub-contractor documentation, RAMS, and compliance submissions
