We’re excited to announce that we have been appointed by BAM Construction to undertake the production of the Build Operating & Maintenance Manuals including the H&S File and Videography at The Blackburn College, Victoria Building.
The Victoria building will host adult learning programs, including Skills for Work and ESOL, and serve as a hub for community activities in the heart of the town.
The 135-year-old, Grade II-listed building will have its distinctive exterior restored to its former glory. Inside, a complete renovation will blend the old with the new. This includes reinstating some of the original floor plans to create spacious classrooms, meeting areas and restoration of the old ground floor Headmaster’s Office.
The entire top floor will be transformed into a dynamic space for live performances, exhibitions, and creative endeavours, catering to both students and the community.
