He progressed through the business from Senior Estimator to Head of Business Development before being appointed Commercial Director in January 2023.
In his role, Dale is responsible for driving commercial performance, engaging with key clients, and working closely with the End Systems team to minimise risk and ensure profitability. He plays a key role in targeting strategic sectors and markets, optimising business performance, and consistently exceeding client expectations.
