As an SME, Kay’s role also encompasses the HR function of the business. In 1998, she was a significant player in successfully introducing IIP to the business, & End Systems continues to achieve the standard. This further led to personally achieving a SME Business Management qualification, including Key Performance Management, Strategy & Business Planning, & Managing Change & Leadership.
