As we continue to bolster our already buoyant workload, we’re happy to announce that we’ll be carrying out the Commissioning Management & Technical Documentation on 11 & 12 Wellington Place – Leeds, for Wates Group.
The 245,000 sq. ft. office and retail/leisure space will be the tenth building to be completed, taking the number of people at the Wellington Place development to 12,500.
Boasting a metallic bronze façade, a feature link bridge and a living green wall, the building also features bike maintenance stations and changing facilities with showers and lockers. Work is expected to be completed in the final quarter of 2022.
11 & 12 Wellington will be the third building within the scheme that we’ve worked on for Wates Group, as we continue our valued relationship.
